THE WORD OF ELOHIM
GENESIS
Chapter 11
Paragraph 1:
"Come, let us build us a city and a tower with its top in the sky, to make a name for ourselves; else we shall be scattered all over the world."
Please take the time to look at the photo's that are attached for this chapter.
Image 3. Ziggurate of Marduk -
It is believed that this is the original tower of Babel. The size is tremendous. It has been said that the leaders in charge of the construction were so concerned with the completion of the structure that all else was overlooked, including the safety of the labor's. If someone fell and died, he was buried in the structure. (A same tactic that would be used later, by Paroh [Pharaoh] concerning the children of Israel.)
"Thus Yehovah scattered them from there, over the face of the whole earth, and they stopped building the city."
Review: Genesis, chapter 10, paragraph 7
Sons were also born to Shem, ancestor of all the descendants of Eber and older brother of Yaphet. The descendants of Shem: Eylam, Asshur, Arpakshad, Lud, and Aram. The descendants of Aram: Uz, Chul, Gether, and Mash. Arpakshad begot Shelah, and Shelah begot Eber. Two sons were born to Eber: the name of the first was Peleg, for in his days the earth was divided; and the name of his brother was Yoktan.
Please Note: How the temples of the past that were built in Iran, Iraq, Mitzramah (Egypt), and Mexico looked similar to one another.
Something to Consider:
Throughout the past: Where history, medical science, and science are concerned; there have been ideas believed, then later proven to be correct or in error.
Some scientist believe that the one land mass became divided slowly over a great deal of time and they use the changes in the evidence to prove themselves right. For example: If you look at the side of a cliff and see varies shades to determine the age of the landmark. Though the earth was one land mass, there still existed within the mass rivers, lakes, streams, and small seas. With all of the ice ages and warming periods that occurred these changes would still build up.
I believe that there was an event so great, a tremendous earth quake that truly occurred, after the language of the people was altered and they became separate.
Also: They believe that the earth was created by an explosion; but what is ever created by an explosion and what is not destroyed?
There was an event that took place a long time ago, before the earth was created, when another world was destroyed...
There was a great and terrible war that took place in the heavens, when Satan and his cohorts (A third of the population in heaven) attempted to overthrow the throne of Almighty God our Holy Father. After they failed, Almighty God created a new place to start fresh, with those who had remained faithful to him, and the former kingdom was destroyed.
Something to Think About:
Noach was 600 years old at the time that the great flood took place and he lived to be 950 years old. At the time that Peleg was born, at the time of the great earthquake, Noach was 829 years old.
When I realized this: I could not help but wonder how Noach felt after having lived through both of those huge catastrophic events. One day when I was thinking about him, the Lord touched my heart and said, "Noach was put out with him for a time." At the time that he said this, I didn't believe that I had ever heard the term "put out," and I wasn't sure exactly what that meant. I am sure that Noach was extremely agitated and frustrated with the Lord. Imagine poor Noach after having lived through both experiences and lived to tell the story! I am sure that he had an awful fear of the Lord and wondered... What next!
