In the first paragraph, Abram had faith and believed in Yehovah (the Lord), and it was counted as his merit.


However, in the second paragraph, Abram does not have faith and questions Yehovah.


Abram is a good man, who loves Yehovah, and has a very personal relationship with him; however, he is also very human.
