Paragraph 1:
It is believed that Saray (Sarah) acquired Hagar as a servant from Paroh (Pharaoh).
"The wrong done me is your fault! I myself put my maid in your bosom; now that she sees that she is pregnant, I am lowered in her esteem. Yehovah (The Lord) decide between you and me!"
It would be hard to understand everything that took place at this time; unless the Spirit of the Lord was willing to share this, but because of Saray's accusation to Abram, one must wonder?
Was the idea of giving Hagar as a concubine to Abram, Saray's? Is it possible that they had earlier discussed this and Abram mentioned it to her? Why would she blame him and not herself? Why would she use the name of Yehovah, if it had been her idea?
Paragraph 2:
"Behold, you are with child and shall bear a son; you shall call him Yishmael (Ishmael), for Yehovah has paid heed to your suffering. He shall be a wild ass of a man; his hand against everyone, and everyone's hand against him; he shall dwell alongside of all his kinsmen."
